• Data sources: Aggregated from third-party breach databases and public repositories.
• No guarantees: Results may be incomplete or outdated.

3. User Obligations

• You warrant that any email checked belongs to you or you have explicit permission.
• Prohibited: Automated queries, reselling our data, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

4. Payments & Refunds

• $15 one-time fee for up to 3 email checks.
• All sales final: Due to instant digital delivery, no refunds are issued.

5. Disclaimers

• Not a security product: We don't prevent hacking or monitor for new breaches.
• Third-party data: We're not liable for inaccuracies in external breach sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for:

• Financial losses from identity theft.
• Decisions made based on our reports.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to ban users violating these terms (e.g., abuse, fraud).
